So there's an American guy and a Chinese guy who are working on a construction project. The manager has to leave, so he tells the American guy, "You're in charge of the workers," and he tells the Chinese guy, "You're in charge of the supplies."
He comes back a few hours later, the American is doing his job very well, all the workers are working happily, hi ho hi ho, etc. The Chinese guy doesn't seem to be around anywhere. The manager asks the American guy where the Chinaman is, and he says, "I don't know." Just then, the Chinese guy pops out from under a large pile of sand and says "Supplies!"
