| If the god says, "I am the only god" and he's serious, then he's either lying (in which case you're screwed) or he's really the only god. Therefore, if another god says the same thing, then either he's lying (which isn't possible, since he doesn't exist), or you're full of crap for thinking he's a god. You might be anyway, if the first one wasn't a god, either.
Moving right along:
If I can imagine it, is it then Real?
Are you making a statement? This is obviously nothing I've said, so you're not quoting me. My answer would be, "Of course not, don't be a tool."
And furthermore, Reality is the original inkblot test. You interpret what you can't understand in the pure, unaltered sense.
Not quite, my analogy-challenged friend. Reality simply is what is. Your interpretation of it would be the test, if someone was there to analyse it. The thing about the test, though, is that it's not about the real shape at all - it's only about your mental state and the means of dicovering your inner feelings. I, on the other hand, am much more interested in the real shape than on what my interpretation says about me. Just because I might see a pink elephant, doesn't mean my peanut collection will disappear.
So you try to make sense of the Chaos and you assign ideas and concepts to the different patterns you perceive in the Chaos.
Whoops! Classic error in logic, there. Chaos was not part of the "test", REALITY was. The chaos is only in your mind. And avoiding reality only makes the chaos stronger.
Perhaps I shouldn't save a seat for you, after all. Seems like I'll be dead of old age before you might show up, and there are others waiting. |
