Long story cut short...

August/September 2001:
Customer buys computer.

September - October 2001:
Customer has lots of little problems with the computer, probably caused by extra SW (read: Spyware).

October 2001:
Customer sends computer to support-team to get TS done by professionals.
Support-team finds dust-rabbits in computer, clean it out and it works perfectly (with spy-ware uninstalled or shut down).

November 2001:
Customer gets computer back, most bl**dy likely man-handles it on his own, and manages to get a New Upgraded computer worth Twice as much as the one they originally payed for from the deliveryfirm.

December 2001 - June 2002:
Customer has lots of little problems with the computer, probably caused by extra SW (read: Spyware).

June 2002:
Customer is offered a Buyback to get rid of the problem (read: Customer) once and for all.

-- Customer gets greedy --
Customer wants money back for the New Upgraded Twice as Expensive computer that they got without paying anything extra inbetween and is not at all happy with getting only what they payed for the original computer (which they most bl**dy likely bashed in themselves).

-- Customer will not be getting this --
See, we need a reciept to see how much the customer is entitled to.

--- Grand Finale ---
If customer does not come around and agree to BB for the original sum he will get ... wait for it ... NOTHING!!!
Yes ladies and gentlemen, that is Nothing at all. Not even help from the support since they are not willing to follow simple instructions (read: will not uninstall spyware) and follow the steps set up by the warranty and support contract.

So there. ;ož

/me hopes he goes with Nothing so we can ignore him for the rest of his computer-owning days.
