| Chaosophy.... |

...is both my old and my new philosophy...
It means contemplating the eternal Chaos and as such my philosophy changes with every colorfull swirl of the patterns I see in the ever changing Chaos and call reality.
My really old philosophy was different and rather christian like. Until I began to think about who this God person was supposed to be. Luther had a different God then our religion teacher told us about. That was when I realized, *everybody* has a different God than everybody else. Even if two christians talk about the same God, they have different concepts of that God idea.
A muslim will have concepts that differ even more from the christian God idea. And so will hindus and buddhists and the strange warrior tribes worshipping Mumbo Jumbo the God of the Jungle. And so will discordians and satanists and so on...
So where do you draw the line between what is still the christian God (and therefore real, in the eyes of a christian) and what is not? Does this thought not lead to the conclusion that either all Gods are equally bogus or are equally real (In the sense that the thought of a Unicorn is a real thought) or really real (in the sense that if you don't watch yourself Zeus will strike you down with lightening). If you accept the reality of all the Gods and try to obey every one of them, you'll go on a deep and dark paranoia trip, where you can't even move a muscle for fear of going against any number of Gods.
Soon after I read the Principia Discordia (Wherein Is Explained Absolutely Everything Worth Knowing About Absolutely Anything) and came to the conclusion that if all those Gods were real, than Eris Kallisti Discordia is as real as the next Goddess. So I decided to take my chances and believe in Her and not in the christian God anymore. If I die and go to heaven (instead of whereever it is that discordians go) and the christian God is there and angry, well tough luck for me. At least I'll be evading that paranoia trip for this time on earth.
The Lady Eris prevails! Blessed Be! Happy are we children of Eris for indeed are we free...
Verily, so much for all that...
Hail Eris -><- Kallisti -><- All Hail Discordia
