* Puts seven teaspoons of Assam in a teapot * * Pours boiling water on it so that it's covered * * Waits 4 - 5 minutes * * Fills with the rest of the water * * Removes the tea leaves (maybe you can read the future within) * * Puts 2 pieces of candy ("Kluntjes") in a cup * * Fills with tea * * Possibly add some rum * * Careful places a spoon of cream on the surface * * DO NOT STIR ! * * Sluuuuuurp * Well that's a "Koppkes mit 'n Kluntje un Rohm drin" as it's told in Eastern Frisia ... :) {{{SaleGamine}}}, please add this to the cafés standard ;-) Frit
