| I hope you're not a registered republican. when I say "left leaning" I mean ted kennedy still won the senate seat after killing a girl. tech is supposed to really come back with a vengance here, esp. on the 495 belt. framingham is bumper to bumper at rush hour. tech comanies all down the highway. EMC has several compounds on 495, and the whole place is just waiting for the state govt. to get its act together (like that'll happen). the state itself is beautiful, boston is historic and cultural, good sports teams, the cape is a great vacation spot, and we have our own lanugage and that gorgeous accent (we have frappes, jimmies, bubblers, it's pissah, wicked, bizzah, etc. etc.). only thing I don't like about this state is its politics and the amount of new yorkers that seem to migrate here. |
