our trash compaqtor has been converted from M$ only to dual-boot with Linux. In the process a few things seem to have borked, including my automatic login when I punch up UF on the Opera hotlist. Well, I first set myself up as sonofabusch and probably had some cute password many moons ago, but I never had to manually log in and use the password so I forgot. I tried to have my password emailed to me, but we have also moved and changed our isp, so the email never came here. I gave up and decided it was just easier to set up a new one, close enough to the old one that clever ufies like you would figure it out pretty quickly. |
