your spelling and grammar influence how effectively your ideas are conveyed. Also, in business and academic environs, your spelling and grammar can have a significant impact on how seriously you are taken by your peers, superiors, and underlings, even when the mistakes are small enough they won't affect how clearly your ideas are communicated.

This sort of thing isn't as important in an informal, online setting. In a setting like this, missed capitalization or the occasional lapse in tenses isn't as important. However, punctuation is a must! afetr all its a royl pain in the arse to reed somehing without punctuation even if you can make sense of what is being said it still anoying to reed after a while people may just give up completely you know move on to the next post I know I dont liek having to make sense of the gibberish some poeple on the net produce
