Their loss, I think. You may not think spelling or grammar matters, but if you neglect it, people reading your blatant mistakes will think you're stupid and/or ignorant.
Some of the ones that irk me the most (as they're ones that should be really obvious and easy to avoid) are:
there/they're/their Come on now. The first is a place, the second is an abbreviation of "they are" and the third attributes a quality or shows ownership. Is that so hard to remember?
its/it's Now this should be really basic. The first attributes a quality or shows ownership, just like "their". The second is an abbreviation for "it is". There's no excuse for habitually messing this one up.
your/you'reJust the same as the previous. I see this one all the time, and it bugs the hell out of me. This is grade school level stuff, people!
And finally, why can no one ever spell hippocrassy hypocrasy hipocrasy hypochrasy hypocrisy?
