Offer a monthly subscription to "Colunbia Internet" complete with an 800 number for tech support. I think many of the UFie's would love to hear one of the indomitable tech support people live on teh phone. The young male college geeks would flip out if a female voice ansered (Hello, this is Miranda, how may I direct your call). Have some rules about short calls. read out some lines from scripts. Offere some real advice pointing to advertisers.
