The flag appears to be waving because the pole is being shaken by an astronaut. A lack of atmosphere has no effect on that. If no one was touching it, and no one had touched it for a couple minutes and it was waving, then that would be something. But that is not the case. If you are instead referring to the rippled look on the flag, you need to look closer. The flag is on a horizontal rod at the top of the pole, but it is not fully extended to the length of the rod, so that makes it look rippled.
Ironically, this actually is evidence that the moon landing was real, not fake. After all, if it were filmed on a set, then there would be no breeze to make it wave.
As for the van Allen belts, the astronauts pass through them quickly enough, and the metal hull of the ship blocks enough radiation that there is no danger.
Political motivations are irrelevant. With a lack of eveidence, motive doesn't matter.
Bottom line is that every single argument ever made has been debunked time and time again. It's sickening, really. Never mind the fact that a conspiracy would require literally tens of thousands of people to be involoved, and a dozen or so couldn't keep Watergate quiet. It just isn't even remotely plausable.
