kernal panic: scsi_free:Bad Offset by myke 2002-06-11 16:39:06
I get it when I try
mount /dev/scd0 /mnt

Any clue why/what this error is?

Current Config:
Slackware 8.0, 2.4.5
Adaptech 1542
SCSI Pioneer 303 Slot Load DvD ($40 CDN! It's great when a friend owns mbc.ca knows it's your bday :)

I also got the same error with an NEC 6X CDROM.
It's the only device on the interface, it happens intermittantly, with either drive, different media, drive is terminated.

Need help!
