I agree with Nea's stance that we have to take such things on a case by case basis.
I think the inferance (by saying for h*rny ufies) was that the pic was not just an artistic greek statue to be admired because of the beauty of the human body, but was instead something to objectify and drool over. That was wrong and therefore was modded in this case.

The guidline I mentioned was not all inclusive. Obviously it is not going to cover every possible thing that could be posted here. However, we all (in theory) have common sense and can live by the spirit of the rule even if the law does not cover that case explicitly.
