The exact words don't matter.

it's the concept of the rule that is important. "do not expose innocents to naked humans, hard swear words, or blatant descriptions of sexual acts, or anything else that is really not appropriate for them".
In addition to the "FYOS" that we are trying to protect, a lot of adults find such things offensive. Enough that it was decided that the community was to be cleaner than that.
"Do not make the community worse through your posting" is what it all boils down to. It has been decided that such posts do make the board worse. And until that decision is changed the moderators are charged to uphold the rule. Even if the term 14 year old sister doesn't make sense.

I know that if I was a parent I would not want my kids reading a site that has links to nudity and constant use of swear words too strong for tv. Even though the comic itself is fine, the posts would give the site a bad name.
It's true that this comic is not deisnged for children, but it is not anyone's goal to drive people off even if they weren't the audience expected to like the comic.
