Don't flatter yourself. YOU might not survive. HUMANITY might not survive, but the planet will undoubtedly survive. Its been knocked around its orbit by metiorites, been frozen solid as pluto, and many other "catastrophic" events. Even if it takes 10,000 years for the nuke juice to go away, in that time, life will adapt. And I am not looking forward to WWIII to prove a point about someone I dislike. I am just waiting for it because the ones responsible for preventing it don't seem to have a damn clue as how to do so, so I am resigned to my fate, as it were. Maybe when they see that huge shadow descending on them, ticking away blissfully (yes, I know. Warheads dont actually tick), just maybe the collective idiots will pull thier heads out of thier respective colons and see where they went wrong. Of course, by then it will be to late, as a few seconds later, they wont be anything but a fine ash.
I don't know about you, but I'm going to be pissed off beyond comprehension if my wife has to die in a mushroom cloud because two pseudo-religious fools are fighting over a peice of barren desert real-estate, and our leaders aren't doing crap about it.
