You have to mention ParcelFarce. Or rather I do. They left my new processor in a warehouse for 5 days and didn't bother to deliver it or tell me where it was. The tracking options on the website merely said they'd picked it up, and the woman on the help desk phone refused to help because she didn't think my tracking code was valid. You're not paying for shipping, you're paying for storage. Andy
