I personally have only had bad luck with Western Digital, but working at a computer repair store, I have seen all brands fail after any amount of time. That is why I trust NO brands. All of my important/not easily replaced information is stored on my server which has 2x40 gig and 2x20 gig drives mirrored. Plus on top of all of that, I have a 20 gig tape backup which I do off-site backups. I do all of this because I take a LOT of pictures with my digital camera, and I don't want to lose ANY.
