If I remember correctly the word "hung" can mean the following things: owie or teddy bear. The word "gung" can mean to speak or grandpa(as in "gung gung" which is what a little kid would call them.. grandma btw is "po po" or "apo" which sounds like apple... on the mothers side. On the fathers it is ye ye like yea yea for grandpa and ma ma for grandma). Personally though in some ways I find cantonese/chinese to be like french language in some ways.<shrug> At some point I'd like to learn more but my brother took off with my books/tapes on it before he went to work in china for 6months before.(he now speaks cantonese better than me and a bit of mandarine... not bad considering his second languages were german and japanese from studying it in school, etc)

hmmm actually that line sounds like something from an early jacky chan movie.(I used to go to chinatown and watch them in mandarine in english and pinyin subtitles)
