No, really. Very few people have my home number - those that do either have it for emergency purposes, or just have it and never call. :) So if I get a call where someone asks to speak with Mr. [My Last Name], it's a very safe bet that it's not a personal call or even someone I know. At this point, I can let fly guilt-free. And strangely, the few times I've left a telemarketer in tears or very near, I didn't really feel all that bad about it.
