Are a bunch of crap, unless you can prove they called you in the first place. I've had issues with several companies that do not even understand the Federal "Do Not Contact" order. So, I've taken it down to the point of getting the name and department of the person calling me, informing them they are in violation of the Federal laws regarding "Do Not Contact" orders, and demand to speak to a supervisor. Usually, they run like children.
