Check out CafePress. They let you create and sell a lot of different merchandise (cups, T-shirts, mousepads, etc.) at no charge to you. You design your stuff, and set whatever price you want, as long as it's >= their minimum price. At the minimum price, it costs you nothing, but earns you nothing. Anything above the minimum price is yours to keep, free and clear. BTW, whatever happened to the Evil Genius In Training T-shirt?
