I know they are on timers, so I ask them if they have information on the Web and I check live. It's funny when they get all tangled in their lies. If I don't want to speak to them, I just reply in French. I was thinking to ask them about the whether, their names.. pretend I might know them personally.. Ask them if they've heard of our product line.. How else can I make sure they don't call back?
