I check my email this morning to find a letter from DHS.org explaining to me that they will no longer be able to provide free domain registration, and that membership fees will now be charged. So I head over here to try and cheer me up only to find that UF is also experiancing economic hardship. It seems that the ideal that the internet as a tool to freely share information with everyone is dead forever....
