..they've misplaced the HR in HR somewhat... That particular position is there to help and inform the staff. Not go changing things without telling them and ignoring their needs. Mind you, we have one here that also doesn't quite cut it. About a year ago I got a new title and the raise to go with it, but I still haven't gotten my employment contact updated so the papertrail is still not done. Which means I can't add my current job position to my CV simply because officially I still don't have the position. sigh (Sorry about budging into your rant there, but I just felt like sharing. Atleast you know your'e not alone.. s)
