Seriously, Unless they can show you in writing that you MUST clock in at a specific time each day, I think they are not allowed to change you clock in hours in most states. I think it is illegal. Actually I think it's illegal to change a timeclock punch in time ever, they can take diciplinary action but not change the time. I am not a lawyer by the way. :) As for the HR person helping you, I think you will find that their job description is something like "get as many hours out of them for as little pay as possible." Most HR departments are not going to help anyone except themselves.
