I wouldn't be able to do anything like that without the owner's prior consent.. and I'd be unlikely to get it for an ongoing basis, as it would amount to "special treatment", and we can't have that now, can we? Now, on the other hand, if it was my employer's idea that my shift be that way, for hir own reasons, it would be made so and there would be no issue.
