just got print out of my time clock punches for the past two weeks... i had been clocking in fifteen minutes early each day for a long time now because i take a long lunch on friday and would still like to leave on time... no one has said anything to me about this... got the print out today and the HR person had changed four of my "in" punches to 8am... i go in and talk to her about it and she says that it would have given me unauthorized overtime and said if it happened again i'd get a warning and then the next time i'd be fired... sigh okay i understand the "no unautherized overtime" policy but have three points to make: 1) i worked the time and feel i should be paid for it 2) no one ever said anything to me before this 3) her "corrections" have shorted me 15 minutes i wouldn't be this irritated if she had just said something to me before or told me she was doing this... i hate this place i hate this place i hate this place i hate this place i hate this place i hate this place i hate this place
