Since i don't know anything about web hosting and prices included in maintening site and strip like this, i'll have to beleve that current price is justified and that UF staff is underpaid, like Illiad said, for the great job they are doing.
And i do beleve it since there is no reason for Illiad to lie. Well, even if that is not true, which i have no reason to beleve, they have every right to take some kind of reward for their hard work.
I, monthly, spend a lot more that $4 and could do without much of stuff i buy but, since i'm underaged, my father will be hard to persuade to pay for something
1 - he has no use of at all.
2 - on what i spend lots of time (what is reflected on my grades).
3 - what makes me to stay up very late.
4 - i have no use at all (from his point of view).
And all that is true. But i'm an addict and i can't help it.
Of course, i could, from the money i get, gather $4 per month but i have no credit card. Giving it to my father (so thet he pays with his credit card) returnes us to the problem above (is is *his* money).
Is it too much?
Depenends. For others i have no right to tell and for myself i won't be able to tell untill i start taking care of myself and get a job.
What will i do?
I am afraid nothing for now. My father seems to have some problems with credit cards now and there is no point in asking until that's sorted out. When it is, i will try, but do not guarante anything.
When i come to think of it, i could start clicking on banners if that helps. |
