I would like to see some reputable research that world fish stocks are not being depleted, and that there is no connection between the ocean and land ecosystems.

FYI, I do put human life first. Mine is first and foremost. Unfortunately, everything on this dirtball affects everything else, so the air I breathe is contaminated by factories in China, and the water that the fish you eat live in is contaminated by textile mills in Indonesia. That's why I am concerned with such things and I'm not some short-sighted idiot that still thinks that the air, ground and oceans can hold all the toxic garbage that humanity produces without effect, or that the oceans are an unlimited supply of food that can be over-exploited without consequence.
