(even if only a temporary one) is way beyond the scope of the offense. And you take the offense personally - note the language used to describe it. Do you personally wish to crucify people who get caught speeding? I doubt it - you probably just say, "Whew! Better him than me." You might also say, "Hah. That's what you get for speeding so fast" as opposed to the 5 or 10 mph over the limit you would consider acceptable. So why are you so enraged about someone who is too outraged to avoid swearing?
