working holiday visa - apply at the consulate. Flipping burgers is usally a teen job - dont want to pay adult wages - seasonal work tends to be our spring/summer, but if you can pull a beer/ make mixed drinks/ wait table you can probably find a job ot two. Might even get contract computer work, but the visa restrictions (# hours/week) may get in the way of that.

You get casual rates (standard + 15%) - dont ask me how the tax works out ... the exchange rate works in your favour here, but you may not take $$ much home with you.
