Hmmm, yes I admit there are many who do. But, most welfare systems are flawed and also abuse those who are forced to avail themselves of it. I know ours here in the US is certainly flawed. It encourages sloth, it reduces self-worth. I believe that it is its flaws which encourage people to abuse the system, even while the system abuses the users of it. This cycle has to be changed, but the place to start is by changing the system, not by attacking those trapped in it.
