Who are the immagrants in SW Kansas? If they are Latino, then they are not immagrants to America. They were born in America and relocated. They may be immigrants to the United States or Kansas, but you did not say that. Secondly, you stated three clauses in conjunction as your anticedent of the conditional statement for you to welcome immigrants. Yet you only enumerated two of the eight possibilities for the conjunction. What about the other six?
