I hate the fact that we allow people who can't support them selves to have kids they can't support. But you don't need to speak English to support yourself. You need English to acheive an 'above-average' lifestyle, but not to support yourself. So again, why require English for legal adult immagrants? (And of course I can see how you are forced. This is an Enlgish Required discussion, welfare is a whole other issue.) As an aside I actually heard a guy on Ruch Limbaugh who was calling in to support the unemployment extension because it gave him another few months to find a job as a political campaign manager. This weenie has a useless college degree and we have to pay his lazy, educated butt unemployment cause he can't do what he wants to. I think thats just my example that the welfare mentality can not be limited to a language, ethnicity, or economic class.
