launguage because the founding father didn't want one. They did not want restrictions on religion, speech, personnel liberties, etc. etc.

Therefore the government must work with whatever language the 'legal' citizen speaks. That means in some cases they have to round up translators. In other cases, like Florida, Texas, New Mexico, California, they start to print documents in two languages because the 'legal' population is more comfortable in spanish.

Te problem is that they are restricted in their lives because most of the US speaks English. Yes they should learn English, but if they are content who cares! People should learn to balance a checkbook too, but most get along without knowing how.
