i used to live very close to a town called perry which has a huge meat packing plant and a very high mexican population for being in the middle of iowa... and a very high crime rate too... coincidence? you tell me...
now i'm not saying all mexicans are criminals, but these people come here and they aren't taught english and they're put on welfare because they can't get good jobs because *gasp* they can't speak english... and a LOT of them are illegals... (scream "immigracion" in there and watch them run) is it any surprise they turn to crime?
is there a better solution? probably... first of all send the illegals back where they came from...
then take the rest and (now this is a novel idea) teach them english and make them WORK for welfare... also put a time limit on the welfare...
here's another idea... give the women the birth control injection... some may say i'm trying to control their population... not at all... i'm just saying if you can't support yourself, you shouldn't be having children... i feel the same way about every ethnic group... wait until you're self sufficient...
i'll probably get flamed for this but that's the way i feel about it... |
