The fun and festive days are fast approaching. Fri, June 21st, Sat, June 22nd, and Sun, June 23rd... the UFies invade San Francisco. We will keep posting details, you can look at this lovely thread in LttrOttr's diary,
and we will e-mailed those who have contacted your loving coordinators.

If you live in the Bay Area and might be willing to have a UFie from out of town crash with you, again, drop us an e-mail (sorry, we weren't able to manage a group rate at a hotel). Or if you are looking for a place to stay, we'll see what we can do to help you out.
What's on the schedule? Well, a meet-and-greet at Chevy's at the Embarcadero center on Friday night (looking like around 7pm-ish). For Saturday, some touristy things (Lunar, Nea, and I are still working on some options, including Chinatown, the wharf, and UFies on the Bay boat trip [and LttrOttr's also considering finding some coax, BNC PCMCIA ethernet cards, and some laptops and try a mobile Quake game], with a dinner Saturday night. (Location to be announced but we're fast narrowing down our options. If you have any special food needs, let us know.) Sunday, we're looking at brunch and then going to the Sony Metreon.
There is still a little wiggle room in the plans, so if there is something you folks are dying to see in San Francisco, let us know. We'll see what we can do.
