... sounds familliar. Where i work (well, where i go to pick up my paycheque ;) we had a 'source code license' for Integrated Office Accounting. We ended up re-writing whole sections of this travesty over the course of 3 years - just to get it to work as advertised. Ahh well... I was hired to maintain software that moves very large objects with very small devices from a moderate distance.
