She's Queen EliZabeth II, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. England, Scotland & Wales are incorporated in the "Great Britain" bit. And IIRC, to stop the Scots getting their kilts in a twist most of the monarchy titles do not incorporate parts of Scotland.

I am English 'cos I was born in England. There is the difference. To call a Scot "British" is correct. To call a Scot "English" is to invite a "Glasgae' kiss"
