American English is just as good in its own way as British English. If you don't like it, tough. But putting foreign teachers in the school system will NOT make students learn better. Perhaps if their methods are different, but absolutely NOT because the subject matter is slightly different. Further, in that case, it would only lead to great confusion as the kids would learn one language in school and then have to use a subtly different one in real life - or are you going to mind wipe all the humans living in the US before you implement these educational reforms?
