I don't know about votes (to long out of touch), but abortion has always been legal, in certain cases. As in: if the life of the mother is in danger, result of a rape, and a few simmilar cases. Abortion "just for the fun of it" have never been legal (sorry for my words, but some people here in the US act like it's fun!). (Or should i say "just because they had been acting to stupid and unresponsible" ?).
