governmental thing called a "Lønnsgarantifond", translated to something like "Pay guarantee fund". If you give your claim to the company before it goes belly-up, you are guaranteed to get money from this fund. However, to be absolutely guaranteed, we all should have given our claims two weeks ago, but then I for one would have lost quite a lot of my pay. I hope this goes by, else we are all in trouble. There are people in this firm who haven't been paid since March.
