Chase him! Show him you're still interested.

One of the reasons terminally shy, screwed-up guys (like me) never have a chance is this supposition that the guy is supposed to pursue. Most extreme geeks don't work that way, yet we're worth the chase.

I, for example, have a lot of potential but no motivation. I could be capable of a lot more, but why bother? Someday maybe I'll find or be given a reason, and really show my ability. Ever thought that maybe YOU could provide your SOs reason for excellence?

I'm not saying you're to blame, or that he is, just that a relationship is the same as everything else. You get back what you put into it.
