I assume you meant the instant crap, because you didn't bother to make a distinction, and it's so hard to get the fresh stuff outside Japan that making the distinction is necessary. That instant stuff makes me ill. But the real stuff is best served fresh, with savory juices, the right vegetables, and some round pork cutlets boiled to succulent, soft perfection. Season to taste, and itadakimasu!
