I'm sure you've all met flunky... he takes many forms... our local flunky had a hard time distinguishing RJ11's from RJ45's... As for training -- you can read my boring diary -- I used to teach the stuff... day one of A+ Cert courses had me telling people that computer repair is just one step above playing with lego's... while I know that is not entirely true, I feel it best to put things in perspective up front. Lurch... have you seen him? He's the absurdly tall guy who knows more than flunky does, but still thinks his collection of Anime is more impressive that anything else the store has to offer.
