Seriously, they have to be the most arrogant and conceited bunch of people you'll ever meet. Granted there are exceptions, particularly among the intructors but most of them have their heads so far up their own backsides they could lick their own tonsils. They seem to have absolutely no concept of time, or any thoughts of moving, even when its pointed out to them that others are waiting for them. I have now been waiting three hours for a group of them to get out of the sim so I can actually do my job. They turned up at 5pm unannounced and said they'd only be half an hour. I wasn't due on it until 7pm so I gave them access. It's now 8:15 and they're showing no sign of moving. This is by no means a unique occasion though, it has happened in every training centre I've been to. I'm now seriously thinking about putting the motion system into manual override and shaking them around a bit. That ought to show them whos sim it is...
