fluid drained off and just flavour pack sprinked on cooked noodles and mixed in... Other than that with a dash of oyster sauce, a beaten egg added(it goes to strands in the hot broth), lap chung(chinese pork/chicken/duck sausage), bbq pork, some peas and broccoli.<shrug> My ex husbands's family taught me to make it this way and it is kinda tastey. One of the weirdest ways(no I don't eat it this particular way) is with kraft cheese slices (or cheese wiz) melted ontop of the drained & seasoned noodles. My son eats them this way.
