I'm having Ramen for lunch, and I was just wondering how the other geeks on here make it. This batch has an egg and chunks of cheese added to it, and I usually also add fresh onion greens, when I have them on hand. I also only eat it with chop sticks because it tastes different to me, using metal utensils in it. (Yes, I slurp the soup part from the bowl--Japanese style). So, what is your favorite way to make/eat Ramen?
