... that think the money invested in Columbus would be better spent if they had put it in some social project to help a few dozen plague-victims ? ;-) I think we have to move on. Once there is the technical possibility to go to the moon, or mars, to built settlements there it will be done sooner or later. Even if it's in 3 thousand years. But it will be done. (If we don't wipe ourselves off the planet first, off course :-) )
