the instructions don't translate well into english. this is done on purpose. I'm willing to bet they translate even worse into other languages becuase of it. (kinda like that babel-izer) anyways, the instructions mean that the vat will sometimes make large objects smaller to compensate for the original's largeness. I don't know where he's going with it, but the instruction thing is so true.
